Job descriptionDevelop policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency Lead supply chain operations across sites in the USA, Canada, Peru, and Brazil Optimize demand planning and forecasting accuracy Manage inventory strategies to reduce stockouts and excess Ensure production planning aligns with demand and capacity Guarantee raw material availability while maintaining safety stock Analyze historical data to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency Build departmental strategies, budgets, and infrastructure Foster collaboration and effective decision-making Oversee team performance, coaching, and career development
Must Haves
- 10+ years in supply chain management, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / consumer product industries
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of cGMP, DEA, and FDA regulations
- Proven leadership in continuous improvement initiatives
- Analytical and ERP system adaptability (Oracle, SAP)
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel internationally (~10%) Twice a year max. Valid passport required
