HR Coordinator

Position Summary :

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in all day-to-day operations within Attain Behavioral Health. This role will be a key contributor to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR data and reporting, and other general HR duties, along with providing general administrative support to staff and leadership. This position offers professional growth potential as the HR department expands, supporting specialized functions such as recruiting, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Staffing

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment : posting jobs, review resumes for qualification alignments, screen candidates, schedule interviews, facilitate onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits (enrollment, changes, terminations) and serve as a benefits point of contact.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, credentialing, and orientation (including background checks, licensure verification / renewal, and required health screenings).
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system and personnel files.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, PTO and procedures.

HR Operations & Compliance

Qualifications : Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare or behavioral health fields.
