Essential Functions : Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, and actively participating in career events. The successful candidate will consistently execute the Filanc recruiting strategy while building and maintaining trusting relationships with potential hires. This is a temporary position through the end of December 2025 with a potential of the role becoming a full-time, permanent position.

Areas of Responsibility

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate to develop and update talent profiles for open positions.
• Lead hiring manager workshops to enhance recruitment process.
