Job descriptionBuild genuine connections with community members while introducing Lifeline’s essential services at local community events and partnered retailers Communicate program details with clarity and compassion during the sales consult, making sure every interaction empowers the individual Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, eligibility verification, and respectful service Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lifeline regulations and represent the program with integrity Keep organized records of outreach efforts, applications, and follow-ups using mobile or web-based tools Serve as a consistent and trustworthy resource for individuals seeking assistance Collaborate with other Junior Account Managers to improve outreach strategies and maximize impact Attend community events and local engagement opportunities to increase visibility and reach underserved populations Junior Account Managers Should Possess : Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to communicate with warmth and empathy Commitment to helping others and making a positive impact in everyday interactions Detail-oriented approach to data collection and application processing Comfort using basic digital tools such as tablets or smartphones to manage information Ability to adapt communication style to fit diverse audiences and community environments Self-motivated and dependable, with strong time-management abilities Prior experience in outreach, customer service, or public programs is a plus Multilingual skills are appreciated for bridging cultural and language gaps Step into a high-impact role where your results shape your income.
