Responsibilities
Responsible for sales activities and business development towards both national and international customers.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing key customers.
Sell the company's entire offering and provide advice on customer-specific and innovative solutions.
Independently negotiate contracts, prices, and quality standards.
Coordinate and plan sales activities and implement strategic and operational goals in collaboration with business units.
Follow up on projects, quotations, and deliveries, and report to relevant stakeholders.
Work proactively with problem-solving and maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and business systems (such as SAP).
Travel is included and may amount to up to 50% during certain periods.
Monitor market and competitive conditions and initiate appropriate actions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong interest in technical sales and customer relations. Your commitment is the foundation for success in your work and customer contacts. You guide these customers purposefully towards increased sales results and turnover. Furthermore, you are able to work efficiently and achieve goals without detailed direction. As a person, you are driven, independent, structured, and have a natural ability to create and develop relationships. You are also creative and see solutions in every unique situation.
University degree in engineering, industrial economics, or similar (preferably mechanical engineering).
At least five years of experience in technical sales.
Documented ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and structured.
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and preferably business systems (e.g., SAP).
Experience working with international teams and customers.
Excellent relationship-building skills, strong collaboration ability, and a values-driven approach.
Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and turn insights into improved solutions.
Driver's license is required.
High degree of flexibility, personal responsibility, and strategic thinking.
