Key Account Manager

Gpac is seeking a Key Account Manager – FDM to join our client’s SoCal, CA office. This office-based role is with a leading premium pet food manufacturer, known worldwide for its high-quality, nutrient-rich, and human-grade products.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow senior-level relationships with national / regional retailers and distributors
• Develop sales strategies to expand distribution and increase market share
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and terms with key accounts
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Drive accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and business planning
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives
• Lead business reviews and client engagement strategies
• Mentor junior account managers
