Pharmacy Manager

Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy Manager! Sign On Bonus! Full relocation!

• Experience : 2–3 years of current acute care hospital experience is required.
• Leadership : Lead, Supervisor, or Manager-level experience is preferred.
• Location : Must be open to relocation or live within a 45-minute drive, as availability is required if incident command is activated.
• Team : This role oversees a total of 12 staff members.
• Responsibilities : Some bench work will be expected—intermittent, but we’re looking for a strong team player.
• Reporting Structure : Reports to the Multi-Site Director, with a dotted line to the CMO.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Solid understanding of Title 22 is required.
• Technical Expertise : Experience or knowledge in sterile compounding is preferred.
