You won't just manage accounts, you'll become a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and a champion for smarter, more connected learning environments across Central New York.
What You'll Do
Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients in the K-12, E-rate, and SLED (State, Local, Education) markets.
Guide leaders through technology adoption and digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate on annual technology roadmaps aligned with instructional goals, compliance needs, and funding cycles (including E-rate).
Identify new opportunities to enhance student learning and organizational efficiency.
Advise clients on budgeting, E-rate maximization, and technology investment strategies that stretch every dollar further.
Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Lead quarterly business reviews and annual executive planning sessions to evaluate progress, ROI, and next-year strategies.
Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique mission and challenges.
Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, funding programs, and emerging technologies that impact the education and public sector.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through expert relationship management and consultative selling.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of client management experience, ideally with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT solutions firm.
Proven success managing K-12 or public-sector clients and navigating E-rate funding.
A strong understanding of technology planning, compliance, and the operational needs of educational organizations.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic-thinking skills.
Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects with precision and professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering value to every client.
