As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors, as well as handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for staff when required.
• Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
