SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Production Workers (General Laborers) in Goodyear, AZ. As a Production Worker for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced food production environment and assist with the creation and packaging of ready-made meals to ship to customers.

Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment.

The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift. Cool environment - temperatures will range between 32 and 39 degrees.

Production Workers - General Laborers Shift Hours :

• 1st Shift 4 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm or 6 : 00am-4 : 30 pm.
• 2nd Shift 2 : 30 pm-1 : 00 am
• 3rd Shift 5 : 00 pm- 3 : 30 am or 7 : 00 pm-5 : 30 am.

Responsibilities of the Production (General Laborers) :

• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce meals and packaging.
• Follow instructions and adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
• Works with entire production team to assist with manufacturing and warehouse processes from beginning to end.
• Ensures that all completed meals are packaged and ready to ship out in time.

Required Qualifications of the Production (General Laborers) :

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
• High attention to detail and safety / compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
