Hello, South Ogden Post Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time CNA Scheduling Coordinator.

At South Ogden Post-Acute, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her / him to the next level of care.

Job Description :

  • Manage the CNA team alongside our CNA Coordinator :

Assist with CNA scheduling and on calls

  • Ensuring cares are up to standard among CNA staff.
  • Train / mentor new hires
  • Provide ongoing training as needed
  • Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
  • Provide operations reports to management as required
  • Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs / availability.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Must have an active UT CNA license
  • Adaptable, innovative
  • 2+ years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • High School Diploma
  • Solid knowledge of long-term care local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
