Job descriptionInspect, clean, and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO / FDA quality regulations High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) 1–2 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small tools Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity / quality targets Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Make an Impact – your work directly supports doctors and improves patient lives. Join our team at KARL STORZ North America in assembling high-quality, single-use endoscopes that support life-changing medical procedures. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with precision tools and microscopes in a cleanroom environment, ensuring every device meets strict quality standards.

Location : Franklin, MA
\n
Hours : 1st shift (6 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday, overtime as needed)

- Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings
