Lead and coordinate portable plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production; Mid Shift, hours 1pm - 11pm. Monitor equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs. Train and guide crew members to maintain high safety and quality standards. Communicate with supervisors and support teams to meet production targets. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to lead teams in a production or industrial setting. Strong understanding of portable plant operations and equipment functionality. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods. Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for operating controls and inspecting equipment. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
Starting Pay $27.50 per hour DOE. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
