Job Summary

The Minibar Attendant is responsible for replenishing and maintaining guest room minibars. Responsible for providing friendly, courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all guests, while creating a memorable Minibar experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Consistently check, restock, and maintain proper par levels and presentation of all minibar items in guest rooms, paying close attention to damaged and / or expired items.
• Adhere to FIFO (first in first out) rotation of minibar items.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of minibar equipment (sensor refrigerator and sensor tray) and assigned service cart. Report any malfunctions and / or damages to IRD Manager.
• Adhere to SmartCube procedures and report any malfunctions of device or system to IRD Manager.
• Inform management of any situations where a guest may express concern or dissatisfaction.

Must be able to cross-train in other IRD / F&B related areas.
