Compensation : $23.00 hourly
Program Hours : 24 to 30 hours (schedule to be determined)
Supervisory Responsibility : NONE
Position Summary
This part-time database assistant will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of an organization's donor database. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, which directly supports fundraising, communication, and reporting efforts. Will work in development, and closely with finance, and other teams to ensure that all data is current, correct, and accessible. This position reports to Development Manager and CDO.

Work with other departments, such as finance and communications, to reconcile donation records, provide data for mailings, and assist with special projects and events. Attend and participate in skills development in donor management systems.

Driving Disclaimer - Employees driving for company business must maintain a clean record and operate vehicles safely and responsibly. Company vehicles will be monitored and activity recorded. Work Environment
Work site is located in a building shared with a school for students (grades K–12th) who have varying degrees of learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities. Employee may encounter students who are in crisis, exhibiting emotional / psychological distress, or behaving in an aggressive manner. Environment may include frequent interruptions, loud noise, odors, varying indoor temperature, and drafts. May encounter inclement weather when traveling for ECF business.
