Field Marketing Manager

Autodesk Construction Cloud is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Field Marketing team and participate in transforming marketing at Autodesk.
This role is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of account-based events and programs that create / accelerate opportunities for sales' top accounts, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth.
Activities include high-touch hosted events, strategic association events, industry tradeshows and internal conferences.
This position interacts with all departments, levels, and functions within Autodesk as well as external vendors and event organizers.
This position reports to the Manager of Assigned Accounts and will be an integral member of the entire Corporate and Field Marketing team for Autodesk Construction.

Responsibilities :
- Uphold and deliver the Autodesk mission, vision, and goals to customers and prospects
- Develop and implement an account-specific marketing plan which supports sales and
account goals
Organize your program tasks and cross-functional team members' tasks in our project
management software
- Measure, analyze and report on impact of the events and programs executed in Marketo and Salesforce
- Partner closely with the sales team to deliver high impact programs on time and within budget
- Ability to manage and track annual and quarterly budget
- May be asked to contribute to special project teams or ad-hoc assignments as needed
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- 5-7 years of event / experiential marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Agency or Software Tech company experience preferred
- Experience managing tradeshows (exhibit assets, vendor management, speaker prep, staffing, and partner logistics)
- Experience partnering with sales teams to design experiences that drive awareness, generate quality engagement and help expand the portfolio of products into top accounts
- Experience in all aspects of planning & executing high-touch / executive hospitality events, including executive engagements
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, Asana, Marketo, AirTable, Salesforce, and online registration platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Ability to work and manage cross-functionally across geographic regions with tight
coordination and execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex events calendar
- Comfortable contributing in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to
changing market and organizational requirements
- Ability to align tactical plans to strategies
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines
- Capable of developing strong internal and external relationships
- Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
- Ability to understand decision impact on other areas of the business
- Can learn quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Follows company code of conduct
- Able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends as required
- Strong desire to work at a successful and culturally invigorating company
- Travel schedule will vary and can fluctuate up to 50% throughout the year

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $79,100 and $136,510.
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
