About The Role

We are a leading multi-family developer in Raleigh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in garden-style apartment construction. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects, from site mobilization to final closeout.
• Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
• Conduct daily inspections, identify and resolve construction issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
