We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute events, ensuring every detail aligns with the company’s standards of excellence.

Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor communication, and on-site coordination.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and event strategies.

Maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth event execution.

Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after each event.

Prepare post-event evaluations and reports to measure performance and identify improvements.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Strong time management and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Proficiency in event planning tools, scheduling, and logistics management is a plus.
