Sales Training Curriculum Developer

A company is looking for a Training & Curriculum Lead - Dealer Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized training programs focusing on automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and sales processes

Facilitate engaging training sessions in person and through virtual formats tailored for adult learners

Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies that drive performance outcomes

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive

Experience in Finance & Insurance training

Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics

Strong background in developing engaging training content based on industry trends and best practices

Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
