Facilities Operations And Projects Coordinator
We are hiring a Facilities Operations and Projects Coordinator to support daily operations, renovations, and maintenance across CSB facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and experience coordinating with public works, security, and IT departments.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance services.
- Manage work orders, track service requests, and resolve facility issues.
- Coordinate office renovations, reconfigurations, and space planning.
- Collaborate with County Facilities, Public Works, and Security teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA standards, and safety requirements.
- Support emergency preparedness, risk management, and continuity planning.
- Prepare reports and track facility performance data.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or business / public administration (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or maintenance project coordination.Strong communication and organization skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.Valid drivers license and background check required.Preferred Experience :
3+ years in facilities management or government facility coordination.Familiarity with security operations, COOP / emergency response, and ADA compliance.Experience working with architects, contractors, and vendors.Benefits :
