Job Description

Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary Construction Project Coordinator for their Alexandria, VA office!

About the Job :

• Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
• Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
• Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
• Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
• Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
• Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
