Job description

Wastewater Superintendent

Location : Easley, SC

Salary : $95,000 – $120,000 base + vehicle allowance + bonus

We're partnering with a leading General Contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant construction across South Carolina. They're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee projects in Easley, SC — someone who thrives in the field, leads crews confidently, and takes pride in building vital infrastructure.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage daily field operations on treatment plant projects
  • Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, quality, and safety
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and inspections
  • Work closely with PMs and Engineers to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Lead and mentor field staff

What You'll Need :

  • 3+ years of experience as a superintendent
  • Proven experience on water / wastewater treatment plant projects
  • Strong civil, mechanical, and concrete knowledge
  • Leadership and communication skills
