Entry Level Sales Support

Job Summary Provide support to the sales staff while building rapport with clients and potential clients.

Responsibilities and Duties Assist sales department with administrative and operational tasks.

Manage and build relationships with customers and future customers.

Provide customers and sales department with information regarding products, production, and ordering procedures.

Qualifications and Skills Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

Ability to identify customer needs and concerns.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Proven customer service skills.

Ability to travel locally and meet with customers face to face.

Associate’s degree.

At least 2 years’ experience working in sales or customer service.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking.
