Join our Front-Load Laundry manufacturing team and play a pivotal role in launching a state-of-the-art facility that will redefine how we build products. As the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you'll lead the technical strategy, development, and execution of a major New Product Introduction (NPI) initiative. You'll build and grow a world-class engineering organizationdriving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of manufacturing operations.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, performance, and development of the plant's technical resourcesincluding facilities, production equipment, and engineering talent.
• Build and guide a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering organization encompassing Manufacturing, Tooling, Facilities, Maintenance, and Process Improvement teams.
• Drive excellence across "Run the Plant" initiatives and large-scale capital projects, ensuring alignment with plant goals and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Product Line Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) and Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE) teams to deliver key capital and infrastructure projects that support long-term growth.
• Champion EHS, ergonomic design, and Human Organizational Performance (HOP) principles to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.
• Establish clear objectives, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical mastery.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive reliability and preventative maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance.

Travel : You should expect to travel approximately 30% of the time between now and the factory launch. The travel may be domestic and international.
