Continuous Improvement

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring operational issues.
  • Improve workflow, build schedules, and production planning processes.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, quality standards, and Novo Health Services policies and procedures.
  • Support adherence to GMP/QSR requirements where applicable.
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across the facility.
  • Partner with engineering and maintenance to ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
  • Foster an engaged, collaborative work environment.
  • Support talent development and succession planning efforts.

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to support new business implementation.
  • Coordinate production and distribution schedules to meet client commitments.
  • Ensure service reliability and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 810 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or process-oriented operations.
  • Minimum 3 years in a plant-level leadership or production management role.
