Business Development Representative / Account Manager

Position Overview
In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for both acquiring new clients (Business Development) and nurturing and growing existing relationships (Account Management). You will play a key role in helping law firms discover the power of the company's services, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions expert.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Conduct discovery calls and product / service presentations with prospective clients.
- Work with marketing to convert inbound leads into active sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, target markets, and growth goals.
Account Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients.Understand each client's unique needs and provide tailored solutions to drive retention and satisfaction.Upsell and cross-sell additional services and offerings.Monitor client performance metrics and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.Manage client communications, check-ins, and problem-solving.
