We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape & Irrigation Service Manager to lead our landscape maintenance, irrigation, and horticultural teams. Duties

Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews, irrigation specialists, and horticulture teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with client expectations.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for lawns, gardens, trees, and other outdoor spaces to ensure consistent beauty and health.

Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to optimize water efficiency and plant health.

Coordinate landscaping projects from design through execution, including construction activities such as planting beds, hardscapes, and turf installation.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards across all projects.

Manage client relationships by providing expert advice on gardening practices, landscape improvements, and irrigation solutions.

Supervise team members' training and development in areas such as lawn care techniques, tree care practices, horticulture best practices, and maintenance procedures.

Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, materials used, and service reports for accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times during operations to protect staff and clients' properties.

Stay current with industry trends in landscaping technology, gardening innovations, irrigation systems, and environmental sustainability practices.

Skills

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design / installation, lawn care, tree care, gardening, horticulture or related fields.

Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.

Expertise in irrigation system installation, repair, troubleshooting and water management strategies.

Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects including hardscaping elements.

Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards.

Exceptional communication skills for client interactions as well as team coordination.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with equipment operation such as mowers, trimmers, excavators or other landscaping machinery is preferred.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in project execution and quality assurance.
