ACCOUNT MANAGER / COLLECTION SPECIALIST

Position SummaryIn an Account Manager / Collection Specialist, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented and self-driven.
This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company’s relationship.An Account Manager / Collection Specialist will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed upon payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.
Prior experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, rent to own, automotive sales is very helpful to the success at this job.
