In this role, you'll be the critical link between the warehouse, carriers, and customers ensuring shipments arrive on time, orders are processed correctly, paperwork is accurate, and everything moves through the facility with precision. You'll verify deliveries, oversee loading / unloading, manage documentation, and communicate with multiple teams to eliminate delays and resolve issues in real time.

About the Role

How you will contribute :

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and / or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN's, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
• Other duties as assigned.
