Process real estate value changes based on the direction of a government program such as tax exemption, abatement, Board of Revision, etc.Ability to read and understand Judgment Entries, State of Ohio Final Determinations and / or tax abatement determinations in order to apply the changes to the taxable valueProvide support and coverage for the front deskCommunicate professionally and effectively with property owners and government entitiesExperience and Skills
