System Administrator (Army)

Overview

At Praescient Analytics, we are passionate about building products that solve our clients' hardest data problems. We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Battalion (BN) Cyber Support Detachment (CSD) System Administrator to support the 1st IO Command at Fort Belvoir, VA. As a System Administrator, you will assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of physical and virtual system environments to host software systems that our teams develop for our customer. You will work with development teams to suggest physical and virtual system environments to support application needs. You will influence organizational practices for System Administration and DevOps at the project level and within company-wide communities of practice. You will communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• As a System Administrator, support design, deployment, and maintenance of physical and virtual system environments to host software systems and support customer needs.
