Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals. Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. Facilitate client training sessions to ensure optimal utilization of services. Manage client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement necessary changes. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
