Technical Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Training and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate technical and business-focused training programs for the Technical Services team

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for departmental accuracy

Analyze training effectiveness and propose enhancements based on data related to skills gaps and business requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

Two to four years of experience in training, content development, technical writing, or a similar role

Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering effective training

Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify training needs

Proficiency in Google Workspace and the MS Office suite of tools
