Job description

Are you looking for an outpatient opportunity that allows you to focus on the well-being of the patient while providing a better work / life balance?

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Tucson, AZ.

Job Highlights :

  • Outpatient position only
  • Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm - NO WEEKENDS!
  • Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
  • Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
  • Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
  • State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Benefits :

  • Employed Position
  • Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
  • Full malpractice coverage with tail
  • Medical Benefits (including retirement)
  • CME
  • PTO

    • Qualifications :

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
  • Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
