Strategy Manager (MBB only)

As they experience exponential growth, they’re looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end customer engagements and drive mission-critical hiring outcomes for some of the most innovative global companies.

This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll combine operations, strategy, and client leadership to solve complex hiring challenges across industries like AI, technology, finance, and life sciences. Every project you lead will be unique from helping a startup build a secret-cleared engineering team in D.C. to sourcing a Head of Growth post-Series A or scaling an international R&D function.

What You’ll Do :

Own and manage end-to-end customer engagements — from scoping and strategy to delivery and results. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Lead strategic hiring projects leveraging the marketplace’s top recruiters. Serve as the customer advocate, ensuring each partnership delivers 12-star satisfaction and measurable business impact.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years post-graduation from a top-tier university.
• Background in consulting (MBB), investment banking, operations, or customer success with measurable impact.
• Proven ownership of client outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and execution skills.
