Project Overview :

This Application Lead role supports a strategic initiative to assess and implement the transition of decentralized or "shadow" IT resources into a centralized IT division in preparation for modernization initiatives. The project initially focuses on enhancing IT governance, optimizing service delivery, and improving enterprise-wide visibility, security, and reporting. This initial transformation will involve aligning resources, recommending application remediation / consolidation, developing standards and modernizing new applications and systems. Modernization and application remediation responsibilities will follow this initial phase.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Application Technical Lead to play a critical role in consolidating and transitioning application support services across multiple departments into a centralized IT organization. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business units to evaluate existing application support structures, recommend integration strategies, and guide the alignment of support services under the new centralized model.
