Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry‑leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content across all media platforms.
The Ad Serving Engineering organization is fully responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining the high‑performance, distributed, microservice‑based Digital Advertising Platform. It handles qualification, delivery and tracking of Digital Advertising campaigns (Video on Demand, Live TV and interactive ads) across Disney’s online properties, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+.

The hiring range for this position is $138,900 to $186,200 per year in Glendale, California; $145,400 to $195,000 in Seattle, Washington; and $152,100 to $203,900 in San Francisco, California. The base pay offered considers internal equity, geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on level and position.
