Project Support Associate, Global Openings — RH. RH at its core is about taste; the idea of scaling taste is large and far-reaching. RH is seeking a Project Support Associate to execute innovative processes and systems to support the openings of RH Galleries across the world. This team member will partner with Senior Leaders and Project Leaders to execute directives and on-site project execution to support global openings, closings and relocations projects. The right candidate has strategic and analytical skills along with strong planning and organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to achieve target deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Live and breathe our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Partner closely with Global Openings Team, Regional Curators and cross-functional partners to execute creative vision and operational tasks involved with setting up a new location
- Support with operational set-up, merchandising and inventory management for Gallery openings, pullbacks and closings
- Learn and communicate the RH design ethos, product assortment and product care
- Share knowledge with the Gallery team on floor sets, quality and visual standards, gallery maintenance, recovery and cleanliness
Our Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, merchandising, delivery or retail1+ years of luxury retail leadership experience or in a customer-facing role a plusHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly change gears based on business needsPerform consistently in a fast-paced environmentWork collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional partnersEffectively multitask, be flexible, prioritize and overcome obstacles with creative problem solving and cross-functional partnershipsExperience embracing change to deliver top results with a positive attitudeCommitment to quality with meticulous attention to detailBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceStrong oral, written, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Google ApplicationsPhotoshop, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite application skills a plusExperience with online forms and surveysPhysical Requirements
Driver’s license preferredFrequently lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniquesManeuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and officePosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbingFrequent travel locally, out of state or out of countryAbout Us
