Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II to support our client's team in Fredericksburg, VA . This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist II to join a busy Patient Service Center (PSC) in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a full-time onsite opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

You will be part of a small, collaborative team, working alongside one other phlebotomist, supporting high patient volume with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform high-volume blood collection (35-40 draws / day)
• Work with pediatric and geriatric patients
• Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced PSC environment
• Accurately label and process specimens
• Maintain detailed documentation and data entry
• Comply with all safety and infection control procedures
