Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Revenue Cycle Manager located in Evansville, IN . The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Patient Financial Services department, ensuring efficient workflows, timely account resolution, and accurate billing practices. This role involves supervising staff, supporting training and development, and providing leadership in the Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient account data to optimize revenue collection.
• Manage claim denials and rejections, and oversee payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with medical coding standards and healthcare regulations.
• Supervise staff and support training and development.
• Provide leadership in the Director's absence.
