Description :

Collaborate with senior team members to explore ideas and care models in individualized medicine.

Focus on discovery through writing, not marketing or selling.

Assist in organizing thoughts and communicating them internally and externally, excluding investors.

Build intellectual clarity in a complex and evolving space.

Key Responsibilities :

Write daily content including essays, internal memos, and explainer pieces.

Research extensively to support literature reviews and thematic deep dives.

Draft and refine language that reflects evolving thoughts and learning.

Capture team discussions and organize ideas into clear, usable language.

Contribute to shaping the internal narrative and growing publicly.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

5 years of progressive experience in healthcare.

Experience in outpatient or community health settings.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
