Summary
:The client is looking for a Senior Developer, preferably with exposure to Cloud Architectures & public cloud offerings. Role requires taking ownership for end to end delivery in an Agile team setting. You will have to interact directly with the users and with technologists across the firm to deliver components of the strategic Settlement platform and integrate them with the other systems in the firm and externally. If you have a track record of delivering large-scale distributed applications, preferably on Azure/Cloud, we'd like to meet you.
Skills Required:
-Hands-on with 5+ years experience in designing & building distributed transactional systems.
-Excellent working knowledge of Java programming & Middleware (Messaging, Caching).
-Sound understanding of design patterns, system resiliency, observability, scalability and performance.
-Understanding of Cloud-based application development preferably using Microsoft Azure Cloud.
-Understanding of Databases (NoSQL / document store, RDBMS).
-Experience of Agile development practices.
Skills Desired:
-Prior experience in FinTech application development.
-Exposure to working in a global delivery team.
-Experience of leading and mentoring developers.
