This company has scaled quickly through multiple acquisitions and is preparing for significant continued growth.

Base Pay Range : $150,000.00 / yr – $200,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple operating entities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and GAAP compliance
Acquisition Integration
Lead post‑acquisition financial integration, including ERP migrations, accounting alignment, and consolidation of new business unitsPartner closely on due diligence, opening balance sheets, NWC, tax considerations, and asset valuationFinancial Analysis & KPIs
Drive variance, trend, and cost analysis to support strategic decisionsLead weekly KPI reporting and partner with operational leaders on insightsCash Flow & Budgeting
Oversee cash flow forecasting and management across the platformLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingAudit, Compliance & Lender Support
Act as primary contact for auditors and lendersEnsure compliance with financial regulations, disclosures, and loan covenantsERP & Systems Oversight
Manage financial data integrity across ERP systemsImprove automation, reporting, invoicing, and audit readinessProcess Improvement & Cost Management
Streamline financial workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyIdentify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance operational performancePartner with regional bookkeeping and finance staff to elevate processes across all operating companiesOversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and reportingAd‑Hoc & Strategic Projects
Lead and support initiatives related to M&A, integrations, and financial infrastructure build‑outQualifications
5+ years of hands‑on financial experience, including multi‑entity consolidation and acquisition integrationBackground in a roll‑up, multi‑location, or high‑growth environment (PE‑backed experience is a plus)Strong understanding of percent‑of‑completion (PoC) and project‑based or field services accountingProficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; ERP experience (Sage, NetSuite, etc.) is a plusHighly organized with strong analytical and leadership skillsComfortable in an entrepreneurial, build‑as‑you‑go environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsWillingness to travel as needed to regional operating locationsSeniority Level
