Key Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage sourcing activity in ATS
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of technical roles and engineering skill sets
Skilled in advanced sourcing methods and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
