Licensing Analyst Supervisor - Enforcement Division
The mission of the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors (LSLBC) is to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public dealing with those engaged in the contracting vocation; to afford such persons an effective and practical protection against the unlawful and fraudulent acts of contractors with whom they contract; and to maintain the integrity of the construction industry. Further, the Board shall monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with the licensure requirements of the statutes. The LSLBC is seeking two (2) skilled and strategic leaders to serve as the Licensing Analyst Supervisor - Enforcement Division. This position plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the administrative operations and investigative functions of the Enforcement Division. Reporting directly to the Licensing Analyst Director of Enforcement, the incumbent will supervise a team of Licensing Analysts, support investigative efforts across the state, and coordinate the preparation and presentation of cases for administrative hearings.

Minimum qualifications :
Six years of experience in the issuance, maintenance, or reinstatement of licenses; OR six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in the issuance, maintenance, or reinstatement of licenses; OR a bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in the issuance, maintenance, or reinstatement of licenses; OR an advanced degree plus two years of experience in the issuance, maintenance, or reinstatement of licenses. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
