What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location. Assist with access control by screening individuals entering the facility, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Communicate clearly with visitors and staff while upholding security-related standards. Support emergency response activities, including following evacuation procedures or providing guidance as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and / or irregularities as required by site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, as working conditions and environments may vary by site. Minimum Requirements : A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
