The Compliance Analyst ensures that the company's property and casualty claims operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role plays a critical part in identifying compliance risks, conducting audits, and supporting process improvements to maintain the integrity and efficiency of claims handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate claims processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct internal audits of claims files to assess adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and managers to address compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for claims staff.
• Track regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing audit findings, trends, and compliance metrics.
• Support external audits and regulatory examinations by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving claims compliance and operational efficiency.
