What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Technician , youll represent the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing  and deliver world-class service while solving problems and building trust in the homes of the customers we serve.

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems (fixtures, drains, water heaters, pipes, treatment systems, etc.)
• Present repair / replacement options clearly and professionally while educating customers on their system
• Provide expert recommendations and promote energy-efficient upgrades and services
• Accurately document work performed, including photos and notes, using ServiceTitan
• Collect payment and close out jobs with professionalism and transparency
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicle
• Comply with all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company standards
• Uphold our core values of integrity, punctuality, and customer-first service
