Avoid Burnout - Full administrative support – you can focus on providing physical therapy, admin staff process authorizations, handles scheduling, and all administrative tasks.

Work-Life Balance - we are flexible and willing to make 3, 4, and 5 day per week schedules work. PTs schedules are limited to 2 evenings per week until 6 : 30 - unless you prefer evenings.

Continuing Education – become an expert in Conservative Orthopedics : Outside instructors come to our office - you can stay home and sleep in your own bed. All staff attend our 3 course Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) – sequence integrating exercise and traditional manual therapy. All staff will be trained in dry needling.

Also support to attend other courses for your clinical interest.

PTO - 3 weeks per calendar year. Immediately available and prorated for the rest of the year from your stat date. On January 1 full 3 week reset. Holidays : also 7 paid holidays.

Profit Sharing Plan - share in the financial success of the practice.

First year salary for this position : $90,000 + $10,000 sign-on bonus = $100,000
