Are you a visionary leader who thrives on crafting exceptional dining experiences? Cottonwood and Palo Verde—two premier 55+ golf communities—are seeking a Food & Beverage Director to inspire our culinary and service teams and delight our members and guests.

The Role

The Food & Beverage Director is the driving force behind all dining and event operations, from elegant club restaurants to lively banquets and unforgettable special events. You’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership to ensure flawless execution, financial success, and an atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more.

Schedule : Full-time Salaried Exempt, Tuesday through Saturday .

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire : Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of managers, chefs, and service staff while fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.

Deliver Memorable Experiences : Oversee restaurants, catering, and large-scale events, ensuring top-tier food, beverage, and service quality every day.

Strategize & Optimize : Create and manage budgets, control costs, and implement smart purchasing and inventory practices.

Elevate Standards : Uphold impeccable cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all kitchens, dining rooms, and banquet spaces.

Collaborate & Create : Work closely with members and department leaders to plan special events and seasonal menus that surprise and delight.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership in food & beverage management—country club or upscale resort experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.

Ability to stay cool under pressure and inspire a positive team spirit.

Culinary certification or hospitality degree preferred.

Familiarity with Jonas POS / accounting software is a bonus.
